Editorial objective

LuxuryPeaks aims to separate recorded property facts, educational guidance, assumptions and opinion so a buyer can understand what is known, what requires verification and what may change.

Property information sources

Property pages are compiled from the LuxuryPeaks approved databank together with project material, developer information, plans, images, regulatory references and other supporting records available to the team. Material facts are presented according to the strongest current source available to LuxuryPeaks.

Primary source preference for Buyer Knowledge

Buyer Knowledge gives preference to legislation, official gazettes, government departments, regulators, development authorities, revenue records, registration authorities and other original public sources. Secondary commentary may be used for context but should not replace an available primary source for a material legal statement.

Facts, estimates and scenarios

Recorded facts should be distinguished from estimates and scenarios. Starting prices, availability, possession expectations, operating assumptions, rental scenarios and appreciation illustrations can change. LuxuryPeaks does not publish a forecast or scenario as a guaranteed outcome.

Legal and regulatory content

Legal and regulatory content is written as general Buyer Knowledge. The team aims to identify the governing framework and the questions a buyer should verify. It does not replace advice based on the exact buyer, title documents, land classification, approvals and intended use.

Review dates

Where a page carries a review date, that date records the most recent substantive assessment of the displayed material. It does not mean that every underlying fact is guaranteed unchanged after that date. Time sensitive facts should be reconfirmed before a transaction.

Corrections

If a material factual error is identified, LuxuryPeaks aims to correct it promptly and update the relevant content where appropriate. Minor style changes may not result in a revised review date. A correction request can be submitted through the contact page or by email to info@luxurypeaks.com.

Commercial relationships

LuxuryPeaks may market or advise on properties for which it has a commercial relationship with a developer, owner, operator or other party. A commercial relationship does not remove the need to distinguish available evidence from promotional claims. Buyers should still complete independent diligence before a transaction.

Ella and automated responses

Ella uses the approved LuxuryPeaks property databank, Buyer Knowledge and application rules to organise responses. Automated wording does not create new property facts. Where Ella cannot establish a current fact from approved information, the response should avoid presenting that fact as verified.

Images, plans and media

Images, renders, floor plans, videos and brochures may be supplied by property developers or other rights holders. Visual material can be illustrative. Dimensions, finishes, views, furniture, landscaping and other depicted elements should be checked against the current project documents and transaction material.

Independence of professional advice

LuxuryPeaks encourages buyers to obtain independent legal, tax, technical or financial advice when the decision requires it. Editorial content is designed to help a buyer ask better questions, not to replace the professional responsible for transaction specific diligence.
